Purvis Acquires Foresight Automation - Purvis Industries is pleased to announce that effective April 29nd, 2019, they have acquired substantially all the assets, brand rights, websites, and intellectual property of Foresight Automation based in Fort Worth, TX.  Foresight Automation is a strong independent systems integrator who has been in operation since 2000 and provides industrial control systems for discrete manufacturing through PLC and HMI designs, as well as for process automation, motion control, and SCADA.  They also offer a UL508A panel shop, on-site commissioning, custom machine building, robotic integrations, and field service.  (see more)

Purvis Acquires Snake River Supply - Purvis Industries is pleased to announce that effective March 4th, 2019, they have acquired substantially all the assets, brand rights, websites, and intellectual property of Snake River Supply.  Snake River Supply has four branches, located in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Wendell (near Twin Falls), and Caldwell (near Boise).  (see more)


Purvis Acquires Ready Bearing Supply- Purvis Industries is pleased to announce that effective January 4nd, 2019, they have acquired substantially all the assets, brand rights, websites, personnel and intellectual property of Ready Bearing Supply located in Lubbock, TX. Ready Bearing has been serving customers in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Kansas since 1978.  For forty years, Ready Bearing has prided themselves on solid technical product knowledge and outstanding customer service and support.  (see more)

Purvis Acquires Powder River Power  – Purvis Industries is pleased to announce that effective July 30th, 2018 they have acquired substantially all the assets, brand rights, websites, personnel and intellectual property of Powder River Power Inc. located in Gillette, WY. PRP has been serving Gillette and the surrounding markets for over 40 years. A&W Bearings & Supply Co. is located in Dallas, Garland and Nacogdoches, TX and has served the North and East Texas markets for over 41 years.
